Kids Reading Outdoor

If your child works hard, is smart, but still
struggles with learning or behavior…
you’re not alone.

A 24-week NeuroDevelopmental Movement® program

that builds the brain and body foundations kids ages 4 to 12 need so school and life feels less overwhelming and more possible.

We know you've...

  • talked to the teacher

  • sat through the testing

  • received a diagnosis

  • met with the school counselor

  • read together every night

  • hired a tutor

  • …and still find yourself wondering why nothing seems to truly help your child move forward.

It’s exhausting. And confusing.

Because you can see how hard they’re trying.
And you know how capable they are.

Most supports are focused on the symptoms
not the
foundation.
What if the real issue lives
underneath the academics,
in the brain and body foundations that school rarely looks at?

What is NeuroDevelopmental Movement®?

NeuroDevelopmental Movement® is a movement based approach that strengthens the brain’s underlying pathways for learning and behavior. Through simple targeted movement patterns - like crawling, creeping, and specific movement sequences -  we help organize the parts of the brain that support attention, coordination, visual tracking, emotional regulation, and learning.

Most traditional supports focus on what your child is trying to learn. This approach focuses on how their brain is prepared to learn.

This is not about doing more school at home.

It’s about building the foundation underneath the academics, so learning can begin to feel easier, more natural, and less overwhelming for your child.

Imagine What Could Change When the Brain Works More Smoothly...

  • Fewer homework battles and emotional meltdowns

  • More stamina for reading, writing, and math

  • Improved focus and ability to sit, listen and follow directions

  • Greater confidence, with fewer "I am stupid" or "I hate school" moments

  • A child who begins to feel proud of their progress

While every child is different, many families begin to notice meaningful shifts within just a few weeks…With deeper, more lasting gains unfolding over the full 24 weeks as patterns are repeated and strengthened.

addresses the root causes of academic struggles,
not just the
symptoms.

This is a guided, supported process that helps you understand your child in a new way and gives you a clear path forward.

Instead of adding more instruction, we focus on

strengthening the brain and body foundations that make learning possible.

Inside this 24-week NeuroDevelopmental Movement® program, you'll receive:

Personalized Evaluation

We identify the underlying neurodevelopmental patterns impacting your child’s learning, so you know exactly where to begin and what to focus on.

Step-by-Step Movement Plan

Your child receives a customized plan using developmental movements like crawling, creeping, and integration exercises designed to strengthen their foundation over time.

Simple Weekly Video Guidance for Parents

Short, clear videos walk you through each step so you feel confident supporting your child at home without guesswork or overwhelm.

Support Materials, Checklists, and Progress Tracking

Printable guides and simple tracking tools help you stay consistent and actually see your child’s growth along the way.

Weekly Parent Support and Coaching

You’re not doing this alone. Join a supportive group of parents each week and receive guidance, answers to your questions, and encouragement from Jessie.

Positive Psychology “What Went Well” Journal

A simple daily practice to build your child’s confidence, highlight their strengths, and reinforce progress in small but meaningful ways.

You wouldn’t build a house on a shaky foundation.

And yet, so many children are expected to keep pushing forward in school
without the underlying foundation fully in place.

When we take the time to build that foundation… learning can begin to feel very different.

Foundations of Learning may be a great fit for your family if…

If you’re reading this and thinking, “This sounds like us…”

you’re in the right place.

And you don’t have to have it all figured out yet,

we’ll guide you every step of the way.

This program may not be the right fit if…
  • You’re looking for a quick fix or immediate results in just a few days
  • You’re not able to consistently support your child with simple daily practice at home
  • Your primary goal is short-term test prep rather than building long-term brain and body foundations

And that’s okay.

There are many different types of support available—this program is designed for families who are ready to take a deeper, more foundational approach.

If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to talk it through together.
