The Nitty-Gritty:

Our BETA course begins January 21, 2025.  Involvement in our BETA cohort involves willingness to share data, testimonials and images (faces can be blurred), and complete a questionnaire at the mid and end points to continue to enhance the course for future cohorts.  Testimonials are requested once the course is complete.

Weekly Zoom gatherings will be held Wednesdays at 7:30pm CT. (day of week is flexible)

Online access and printer availability will be required to print weekly data sheets and challenge activities.
